Built together for over two decades

Kay and Elizabeth have been building software companies together for over two decades. At Virtual Photonics, Product Value Systems, and Market Logic Software, they built systems of intelligence: software that could simulate, analyze and recommend. Each one was excellent at its job and won awards, including being named a Leader in The Forrester Wave. But they also learned that having intelligence isn’t the same as using it. Firms produced great insights but rarely acted on them. HelloTwin is the fourth company they’re building together, and the first one designed to close that gap, from data to insight to action, autonomously.

Engineer by training, operator by trade. Three-time founder and CEO across two decades in enterprise software. Studied at RWTH Aachen, Dr.-Ing. from TU Ilmenau, recipient of the Thuringia State Research Award. Writes weekly on the architecture beneath enterprise AI.

Elizabeth P. Morgan

Two decades building marketing and customer-facing functions for B2B software. Studied at the University of Melbourne, MBA from Swinburne University, recipient of the Lorna Stirling scholarship. Hosts Twin Signals, the podcast on metrics, meaning, and decision-making in the AI era.
